Job Responsibilities and Skills:


  • Management- Analyses completion of operational check sheets. Monitor planned and unplanned maintenance programs. Preparing CAPEX and OPEX preparation, Cost controlling, following DM requirement
  • Technical- Operating and monitoring HVAC system through BMS. Attending Guest room complaint and taking responsibility of Duty technician. AV system support and Maintenance. Operating chemical dosing system, MEP and Kitchen equipment. Monitoring Fire safety of building and attending all issue related to fire. Monitoring all other technical issues.
  • Reports Making – Prepare Daily / Monthly utilities Report, Daily departmental Activity  Report, Variance Report and Monthly Departmental Report, presentation for owners meeting according to CE’s Instruction and Monthly Departmental Training Calendar, Attendance Roster
  • Team Management-Lead a team of 14 no’s in the absence of CE, taking morning briefing and assigning daily task to team. Prepare duty roster and Vacation schedule. Monitor staff and assist team.
  • Coordination- Office administration. Receiving call from other department and Inform Guest complaint to Duty Technician. Coordinate with Contractor, Supplier and 3rd party certificate company. Keeps all files in order and up to date. Follow-up FLS Matrix, Water Matrix, Monthly PPM, Contractors PPM
  • Store Keeping and Purchasing- sending enquiry for spare parts, store material, AMC and 3rd party inspection. Negotiation, Preparing Purchase request, process order, receive material, verify as per PO process invoice. Verify and monitor stock, keep record for outgoing material, issue request and taking inventory. Expert in using FMC
  • Hospitality IT Administration: Networking and CCTV. Installation, maintenance, administration and basic trouble shooting of Opera, Micros, FMC, Vingcard, Antlabs, HP procurrve, Avaya and Oasys
  • Software: Oasys, Opera, Micros FMC, Honeywell BMS Station
